3 peeled, pitted and mashed avocados
1 teaspoon salt
1 juiced lime
2 diced plum tomatoes
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Mash together the avocados, salt, and lime juice.
Mix in the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and cilantro.
Stir in the cayenne pepper.
Refrigerate for one hour and then serve.
