For this recipe, you will need very, very ripe bananas.
Peel the bananas. Cut into small circles. Put in a bag for freezing. Put in the freezer for several hours.
- 4 bananas (sliced)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream (whipping)
- Freeze 4 sliced bananas until they are solid.
- Put them in a blender together with milk and whipping cream. Blend this until the consistency is smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a suitable container and freeze for 2 hours.
