Cuban Pork Marinade

For Cuban pork marinade, you need large lime or lemon, garlic, sour orange or vinegar, olive oil, cumin, parsley, black pepper, salt. In this recipe, we will marinate boneless pork tenderloin.

In a mixing bowl, add the cumin, pepper, parsley, lime juice, sour orange juice, oil, and salt. Rub the pork pieces with the garlic and place them in the bowl. Coat them well with the Cuban pork marinade. Cover, refrigerate, and let it marinate for about 4 hours.

Heat the grill pan or outside grill on medium. Remove pork from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink in the inside or center.

  • 68 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • ¼ cup sour orange or vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • ½ tsp black ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cover, refrigerate, and let it marinate for about 4 hours.
  • Heat the grill pan or outside grill on medium.

  • Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink in the inside or center.
  • Serve.
