This meatloaf takes 50 minutes to cook, but the preparation time is minimal. You can sit back and relax while it is cooking in the oven. Mix together 2 pounds of ground sirloin beef, half a cup of breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, half a cup of Barbecue sauce, 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced green pepper. Season to taste. Easy Shrimp Alfredo

You need 3 pans for this dish, but it’s still an easy dinner recipe. In one pan cook a pound of pasta; linguine or spaghetti are good choices. In another pan melt butter and add garlic. Put in 4 ounces of cream cheese and cook until it becomes a sauce. Add a cup of Parmesan and a cup of cream. Allow to thicken and then season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. In the final pan cook 1 and a half pounds of shrimp for around 3 minutes. Mix the shrimp and the pasta together and pour the sauce over. This is good with a bit of extra parmesan sprinkled on top.
