Baked in the oven or grilled Lemongrass Chicken Wings. A super easy and super lazy recipe – baked chicken wings!
This is a Malaysian style recipe with soy and fish sauces. The main ingredients are chicken wings (you can take another pat of chicken) and lemon grass. Take lemongrass (white bits on the stalk only, chopped or blend with the other ingredients), fish sauce, turmeric powder, brown sugar, soya sauce, salt and pepper.
Marinade the wings with the ingredients overnight in the fridge. Bake the wings over 180 C degrees for 45 mins using the fan-forced setting.
Take the wings out and brush the sauce on the wings intermittently. There you have it, lemongrass chicken wings – no frying required at all! The wings were surprisingly juicy and yummilicious.
