This is a straightforward recipe, just like our last classic meatloaf recipe. All you have to do is process five slices of bread, onion, and two garlic cloves. Add one and ½ pounds of pork, which is a nice variation on the typical beef recipe. Also, add an egg, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup ketchup, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. While it’s baking, make the glaze. This is a very simple glaze, and all you have to do is mix ¼ cup ketchup with a ¼ cup barbecue sauce. Put this on the loaf and bake for 20 minutes. You will have a delicious and easy meal which can again be enjoyed with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Veal Meatloaf Recipe

You might not think of using veal in meatloaf, but it makes a tasty dish, and this one doesn’t need a glaze. Mix 2 pounds of minced veal, a sliced onion, ½ cup grated carrots, ½ cup tomato ketchup, 1 cup breadcrumbs, and a beaten egg. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and chili. It takes five minutes to make, and then you can relax while it bakes for an hour at 375F.

Classic Chickpea Vegan Meatloaf

Okay, so this isn’t a classic meatloaf in the true sense of the word, but we shouldn’t forget about our vegan and vegetarian friends, and this does look like meatloaf. Again it’s simple to make as everything gets mixed.

Put into your food processor a 14 ounce can of chickpeas. To this, add a carrot, a piece of celery, and onion, and a garlic clove. Blitz these and then add a cup of breadcrumbs, a tablespoon of soy sauce, ¼ cup of non-dairy milk, a tablespoon of vegan Worcestershire sauce, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a tablespoon of tomato paste. Season to taste. Bake for 30 minutes at 375F without the glaze and 30 minutes with the ice. The glaze is different from many of the ones we have mentioned, but it is delicious enough to be used on any meatloaf. Mix a tablespoon of maple syrup, vinegar, and soy sauce. To this, add a teaspoon of paprika and tomato paste. Great served with vegan gravy.

Turkey Meatloaf

Now we’re going to tell you how to make a meatloaf low in calories. It’s also elementary to make. It’s made out of turkey, which is common in fat. Take 16 ounces of minced turkey and crumble in 8 ounces of sausage meat. To this, add a cup of BBQ sauce, a beaten egg, and stuffing mix. Sage and onion stuffing go well with this dish.
